Montreal Disruption

BOOKING A FLIGHT OR MODIFYING AN EXISTING RESERVATION:

DELAY & CANCELLATION COMPENSATION CLAIMS:

If you're unhappy about something or need to claim compensation for a flight issue, we'll be more than happy to help you.

MAKING A CLAIM FOR AIRPORT TAXES:

Customers who for whatever reason did not board their flight are entitled to make a claim for the airport taxes included in their reservation. This process is free of charge, and can be completed online, but please be aware that this will not be accepted if you boarded the plane or if the flight is still yet to depart.
