With Flexible Ticket, you can change your flight date or time without paying the change fee.

It is included with Economy Extra and Premium Extra fares. With all other fares, you can add it as an optional service during the booking process.

If the new flight has a higher fare, you will only need to pay the fare difference.

How does it work?

  1. Add flexibility where you need it: Flexible Ticket is included with Economy Extra and Premium Extra. If you choose another fare, you can add it during booking to the flight or flights you want to cover. When you add it to a flight, it applies to all passengers in the booking.

  2. Change your flight if you need to: It includes one date or time change up to 24 hours before the departure of each covered flight.

  3. No change fee: You will not pay a change fee. If the new flight has a higher fare, you will need to pay the difference.

    Flexible Ticket conditions

  • Purchase: included with Economy Extra and Premium Extra fares. With all other fares, it can only be purchased during the booking process.

  • Included change: one date or time change is allowed for each covered flight, up to 24 hours before departure.

  • Coverage: you can add Flexible Ticket to the flight or flights you want to cover, and it applies to all passengers included in the booking.

  • Cost of the change: no change fee applies. If the new flight has a higher fare, you will need to pay the difference.

  • Additional changes: once the included change for a flight has been used, any further changes will be subject to the standard change conditions and fees.

  • Availability: the new flight is subject to availability at the time of the change.

  • Optional services: purchased extras are subject to the conditions and availability that apply to the new flight. Some services, such as seats, may change or may no longer be available after the change.

Do I have to add it to both my outbound and return flights?

No. You can choose which flights you want to add it to.

If you add it to both the outbound and return flights, you will have one included change for each of those flights.

Can I purchase it for only one passenger?

No. When you add Flexible Ticket to a flight, it applies to all passengers included in the booking for that flight.

How many changes are included?

It includes one date or time change for each covered flight.

Any additional changes will be subject to the standard conditions and fees.

How late can I make the change?

Up to 24 hours before the flight departs. 

How much can I save when changing my flight?

With Flexible Ticket, you will not pay the change fee for the first change to the covered flight. 

If the new flight has a higher fare, you will only need to pay the fare difference. 

What happens to the extras I already purchased?

It depends on the service and its availability on the new flight. Some extras may be kept or reassigned, while others, such as seats, may change or no longer be available.
